A. Membership registration is available to persons 18 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register.

A. Free members can access Music and other content designated for free members.

A. Premium members can access additional Premium content, including the Library, Premium ZIP content, and other Premium-only content.

A. Premium Membership is currently $10 USD per month.

A. Yes. Premium Membership automatically renews unless you cancel it.

07 Cancellation / 退会
Q. How can I cancel Premium Membership? / プレミアム会員を退会するにはどうすればいいですか？
A. Go to ACCOUNT / マイページ, open My Memberships / 会員プラン, and select “Cancel Premium / Premiumを解約”.
ACCOUNT / マイページからMy Memberships / 会員プランを開き、「Cancel Premium / Premiumを解約」を選択してください。
08 What Happens After Cancellation? / 退会後について
Q. When does Premium access end after cancellation? / 退会するといつ利用できなくなりますか？
A. Once cancellation is confirmed, automatic renewal will stop and no further recurring charges will be made. Premium access will end according to your current membership and payment status. After Premium access ends, your account will continue as a Free Membership.
解約を確定すると自動更新は停止され、以後の継続課金は行われません。Premium会員として利用できる期間は、現在の会員・決済状況に応じて決まります。Premium会員の利用終了後は、Free Membership / 無料会員として引き続きアカウントをご利用いただけます。
09 Refunds / 返金
Q. Can I receive a refund after joining Premium Membership? / プレミアム会員料金は返金されますか？
A. Due to the nature of digital content and membership services, fees are generally non-refundable after Premium access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
デジタルコンテンツおよび会員サービスの性質上、Premiumサービスの提供開始後は、法令上必要な場合を除き、原則として返金いたしません。
10 Premium ZIP / Premium ZIPについて
Q. Can I download Premium ZIP files? / Premium ZIPはダウンロードできますか？
A. Premium members can download Premium ZIP content made available during their active membership.
プレミアム会員は、会員期間中に公開されているPremium ZIPコンテンツをダウンロードできます。
11 Use of Images / 画像の利用について
Q. Can I redistribute or resell downloaded images? / ダウンロードした画像を再配布・販売できますか？
A. No. Unless otherwise stated, downloaded content is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, re-uploading, or sharing with third parties is not permitted.
いいえ。特に記載がない限り、ダウンロードしたコンテンツは個人利用のみです。再配布、販売、再アップロード、第三者との共有は禁止されています。
12 Account Sharing / アカウント共有
Q. Can I share my account with another person? / アカウントを他の人と共有できますか？
A. No. Membership accounts are intended only for the registered user and may not be shared or transferred.
いいえ。会員アカウントは登録したご本人のみが利用でき、共有や譲渡はできません。
13 Account Deletion / アカウント削除
Q. Is cancelling Premium Membership the same as deleting my account? / プレミアム会員の退会とアカウント削除は同じですか？
A. No. Cancelling Premium Membership and deleting your account are separate procedures. Premium members must first cancel Premium Membership. Free members can permanently delete their account from ACCOUNT / マイページ. Account deletion cannot be undone.
いいえ。Premium Membershipの退会と、ユーザーアカウント自体の削除は別の手続きです。Premium会員がアカウントを削除する場合は、先にPremium Membershipを解約する必要があります。Free Membership / 無料会員は、ACCOUNT / マイページからアカウントを完全に削除できます。アカウント削除は元に戻すことができません。
14 Trouble Accessing Content / コンテンツが表示されない場合

A. Please confirm that you are logged in with the account that has an active Premium Membership. If the problem continues, contact us through the Contact page.
