These Terms of Membership apply to the use of membership services provided by Lux aeterna.
By registering for or using a membership plan, you agree to these Terms.
本会員規約は、Lux aeterna が提供する会員サービスの利用に適用されます。
会員登録または会員サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
01 Membership / 会員登録
Users may register for a Free Membership or Premium Membership.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register for a membership account.
Registration by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted.
By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Members are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping their account information up to date.

会員登録は18歳以上の方に限ります。
18歳未満の方による会員登録はできません。
アカウント登録を行うことにより、18歳以上であることを確認したものとします。

02 Account Management / アカウント管理
Each account is intended for use by the registered member only.
Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their username, password, and other account information.
Account sharing, transferring an account to another person, or allowing unauthorized persons to use an account is prohibited.
アカウントは、登録した本人のみが利用するものとします。
ユーザー名、パスワードその他のアカウント情報は、会員自身の責任において適切に管理してください。
アカウントの共有、譲渡、第三者による不正利用は禁止します。
03 Membership Plans / 会員プラン
Free Membership provides access to Music and other content designated for free members.
Premium Membership provides access to additional Premium content, including the Library and Premium ZIP content, subject to the content available at the time.
Free Membership / 無料会員は、MUSICおよび無料会員向けに指定されたコンテンツを利用できます。
Premium Membership / プレミアム会員は、その時点で提供されているLIBRARY、Premium ZIPなどの追加プレミアムコンテンツを利用できます。
04 Premium Membership Fee / プレミアム会員料金
Premium Membership is currently offered at $10 USD per month.
Membership fees and plan details may be changed in the future.
Any material changes will be announced on this website before they take effect where reasonably possible.

05 Payment and Renewal / 支払い・更新
Premium Membership fees are charged using PayPal or other payment methods displayed on this website.
Premium Membership is a recurring monthly subscription and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
Payment processing may be provided by an external payment service provider.
プレミアム会員料金は、PayPalその他、本サイトの決済画面に表示される決済方法を通じて支払われます。
Premium Membership / プレミアム会員は月額制の継続課金サービスであり、解約されない限り毎月自動的に更新されます。

06 Cancellation / Premium会員の解約
Members may cancel Premium Membership from ACCOUNT / マイページ.
Select “Cancel Premium / Premiumを解約” under My Memberships / 会員プラン and confirm the cancellation.
Once cancellation is confirmed, automatic renewal will stop and no further recurring charges will be made.
Premium access will end according to the member’s current membership and payment status.
After Premium access ends, the account will continue as a Free Membership.
Please download any required Premium content before Premium access ends.

My Memberships / 会員プランの「Cancel Premium / Premiumを解約」を選択し、確認画面で解約を確定してください。
解約を確定すると自動更新は停止され、以後の継続課金は行われません。
Premium会員として利用できる期間は、現在の会員・決済状況に応じて決まります。
Premium会員の利用終了後は、Free Membership / 無料会員として引き続きアカウントをご利用いただけます。
必要なPremiumコンテンツは、Premium会員の利用終了前にダウンロードしてください。
07 Account Deletion / アカウント削除
Free members may permanently delete their account from ACCOUNT / マイページ.
Account deletion is different from cancelling Premium Membership. Premium members must first cancel their Premium Membership before deleting their account.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Certain transaction, payment, or subscription records may be retained where necessary for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, or administrative purposes.
Free Membership / 無料会員は、ACCOUNT / マイページからアカウントを完全に削除することができます。
アカウント削除とPremium Membershipの解約は異なる手続きです。Premium会員がアカウントを削除する場合は、先にPremium Membershipを解約する必要があります。
アカウント削除は取り消すことができず、削除後に元へ戻すことはできません。
会計、法令対応、不正防止または運営上必要な取引・決済・購読履歴については、アカウント削除後も必要な範囲で保存される場合があります。
08 Refunds / 返金
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable after access to Premium Membership has been provided.
If a duplicate charge, billing error, or other payment problem occurs, please contact us.
法令上返金が必要となる場合を除き、プレミアム会員サービスの提供開始後に支払われた会員料金は、原則として返金いたしません。
二重請求、決済上の誤り、その他支払いに関する問題が発生した場合は、お問い合わせください。
09 Content Usage / コンテンツの利用
Content provided through this website is for the member’s personal use unless otherwise stated.
Redistribution, resale, uploading, sharing, reproduction for commercial distribution, or providing Premium content to third parties without permission is prohibited.
本サイトで提供されるコンテンツは、別途明示されている場合を除き、会員本人の個人的な利用を目的としています。
許可なくコンテンツを再配布、再販売、アップロード、共有、商用配布目的で複製すること、またはPremiumコンテンツを第三者に提供することは禁止します。

Members must not engage in conduct including, but not limited to:
Unauthorized access to the website or other accounts
Account sharing or resale
Unauthorized redistribution of content
Interference with the operation or security of the website
Use of the service in violation of applicable laws

If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court as provided by applicable law.
本規約および Lux aeterna が提供する会員サービスには、日本法を準拠法として適用します。
本規約または会員サービスに関連して Lux aeterna と会員との間に紛争が生じた場合、まず誠実に協議し、解決を図るものとします。
協議によって解決しない場合は、法令に基づき管轄権を有する裁判所を管轄裁判所とします。
